Fleischman.
Senior Attorney
Kristen Fleischman is a transactional attorney who works with business owners, entrepreneurs, investors, and families as they navigate important decisions and plan for the future. Her practice focuses on business and corporate transactions, commercial real estate, and estate planning. She is licensed to practice law in Texas.
A graduate of The University of Texas School of Law, Kristen began her legal career in the Houston office of Thompson & Knight (now Holland & Knight). With more than a decade of experience and an undergraduate background in finance, she brings both legal and business perspectives to her work, helping clients understand their options and make informed decisions.
Kristen believes that good legal representation starts with understanding the people behind the matter. She takes the time to learn what her clients are working toward, explain the practical implications of their decisions, and develop solutions that reflect their individual goals and priorities.
